Welcome to our high-quality renovated WG in the heart of Stuttgart Möhringen!
In 2017, the entire building was completely renovated and brought to an upscale standard. Each of the WG rooms is equipped with a bed and a closet in mint condition. For added convenience, each room has its own refrigerator.
Shared use of our modern fitted kitchen provides the perfect place to cook and enjoy meals together. The elegantly renovated bathroom features a floor-level shower, towel radiator and upscale amenities shared by all residents. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for your laundry needs. The entire living area is covered with bright, friendly laminate to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Our centrally located building in Möhringen is perfect for students and young professionals who want to rent a comfortable room on a temporary basis.
Our shared apartments are in an excellent location in the center of Stuttgart Möhringen. In the immediate vicinity you will find banks, bakeries, doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets (e.g. Rewe) and much more – all within easy walking distance. The transport accessibility is excellent, with a bus stop and a subway stop (Möhringen Bahnhof) in the immediate area.

The A8 autobahn is less than 5 minutes away, and you can reach the city center by car in about 15 minutes and by public transportation in about 20 minutes. The universities of Hohenheim and Vaihingen are both just 10 minutes away by car and are also easily accessible by public transport.
For leisure activities, the nearby SI Center offers cinemas and musicals. The Fasanenhof and Vaihingen industrial areas, including companies such as EnBW, can be reached quickly.
