Welcome to our high-quality renovated shared apartment in the heart of Stuttgart Möhringen!
In 2017, the entire building was completely renovated and brought to an upscale standard. Each of the shared rooms is equipped with a bed and a closet in mint condition. For added comfort, each room has its own refrigerator.
Sharing our modern fitted kitchen provides the perfect place to cook and enjoy together. The elegantly renovated bathroom has a floor-level shower, towel radiator and upscale amenities shared by all residents. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for your laundry needs. The entire living area is covered with bright, friendly laminate to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Our centrally located building in Möhringen is perfect for students and young professionals who want to rent a comfortable room on a temporary basis.
Our shared flat is in an excellent location in the heart of Möhringen. In the immediate vicinity you will find banks, bakeries, doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets (e.g. Rewe) and much more - all within easy walking distance. The transport links are excellent, with a bus stop and an underground stop (Möhringen Bahnhof) in the immediate vicinity.

For leisure activities, the nearby SI Centre offers cinemas and musicals. The industrial areas of Fasanenhof and Vaihingen, including companies such as EnBW, are within easy reach.
